Devon Halley
Devon is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting and has 20 years of data, digital product and service design experience.
He provides expertise in human-centered design, accessibility, data analysis and visualization, knowledge/requirements elicitation, workflow analysis, prototyping, usability analysis, and product development and management. He has experience across a range of digital solutions (e.g., responsive designs, web applications, mobile applications, AR/VR applications). He has successfully performed these activities for clients in the public in private sectors including the Department of Defense, State of New Hampshire, Duke University, OneWeb, and Guardian Life Insurance. Devon has co-authored a paper on Cross-Boundary Collaboration that was published by Deloitte and Harvard's Kennedy School. Devon has also served as adjunct faculty at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College of Public Policy and Information Systems teaching “Telling Stories with Data” – a class that unifies principles of data visualization, design, and ethics. Devon is a graduate of CMU’s Heinz College where he earned an MSPPM as part of the first Washington, DC cohort; he has also completed Heinz College Chief Information Security Officer program, as well as earning a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from DePaul University.
